Q: How long does it take to customize my protector?
A: Most protectors are engraved within 3 business days and then shipped via your selected shipping method. You will be notified via email once your protector has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for custom graphic protectors.

Q: Do some protectors take longer?
A: Yes, depending on quantity, complexity, or if we have questions, the process may take longer.

Q: I need a protector by a certain date. Can I request it?
A: In many cases we can accomodate you. Please contact us with the date you need and what you plan on ordering and we will check our production schedule.

Q: Can you engrave from a photo?
A: Most color photographs, especially of people, are not engraveable as they contain color and gradients which can not be engraved. However, some customers have had success in converting a color image into black and white art work with success. See our [Artwork Guidelines] for additional information.

Q: Can I remove the card guard from the protective acrylic case?
A: Due to the high content of silver in the protector, we recommend that you use the protector in its case for optimum long-term results. Not only will this prevent scratches and wear, but it will also protect your guard from the outside elements that can dull and tarnish it.

Q: What about taxes?
A:Orders shipped within the state of Arizona are charged a sales tax. All other orders in the USA are not charged sales tax. Foreign orders may be subject to taxes, import duties, or VAT and are solely the responsibility of the customer to pay - we do not collect these taxes/fees.
